 Responsible for the Front Desk、Concierge、Executive Floor& Business Center
 Under the general direction of the Guest Service Center Supervisor and within the limits of established Hotels Group brand and local policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of Guest service center to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction.
 Under the general direction of the Guest Relation Manager or his / her delegate and within the limits of established Hotels Group brand and local policies and procedures, responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.
 Under the general direction of the Front Desk Manager or his / her delegate and within the limits of established Hotels Group brand and local policies and procedures, responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.
 Under the general direction of the Executive Lounge Manager or his / her delegate and within the limits of established Hotels Group brand and local policies and procedures, responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.
 Responsible for receiving and ensuring correct delivery of guest’s luggage to and from rooms, airport and cars and assists all guests with inquiries and requests.
Responsibilities:
 Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously
 Records and controls accurately wake up calls
 Pages guests in co-operation with concerned departments
 Records all entries on traffic sheets
 Assists guests with international calls and directory queries
 Handles guests needs or requests and reports complaints to the Telephone Supervisor
 Attends to all guest queries and requests promptly
 Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures
 Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation
 Responsible and attends to guest’s request of using the service of safety box at all times
 Knowledgeable of all special promotion procedures, for programs such as; Seasonal Packages, Frequent Flyers Programs, and also Hotels Group Loyalty programs.
 Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, referees problems to supervisor/ Manager if he/she unable to assist
 Maintains comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures including correct forms to use, how to read telex, e-mail, messages, and how to interpret availability sources within the reservation systems
 Develop a thorough knowledge of room locations, room types, rates, discounts, hotel facilities and their hours of operation, special promotions etc
 Go through relevant information about arrivals during shift; VIP, membership, Regular guests, groups, etc. Room situation and functions
 Prepare key wallet, with room number, rate and departure date. Explain use of elevators and room key and wish a pleasant stay
 Update the Front Desk Log Book, in which all essential information and of importance to all shifts is recorded
 Offering related business service to guest when they need, such as internet, photocopy, meeting arrangement, etc.
 Possesses working knowledge of food, wine, cocktail mixing and all beverages.
 Completes daily beverage inventory journal, club lounge opening and closing stock and initiates requisitions in accordance to the established stock.
 Be familiar with the layout of the hotel and memorize the preferred route for escorting guests.
